The Associate Manager – Digital Health Specialist plays a key role in advancing digital health initiatives within public and primary care systems. This position focuses on turning strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring telehealth and digital tools are effectively integrated into clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of digital health programs, including telehealth platforms and virtual care solutions
- Develop operational frameworks that align with clinical needs, technical capabilities, and policy requirements
- Work closely with healthcare providers, IT departments, technology vendors, and local organizations to support program adoption
- Address challenges related to policy compliance, reimbursement models, and long-term sustainability
- Monitor implementation progress, identify barriers, and share insights to improve future initiatives
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional experience in digital health, health technology implementation, or healthcare operations
- Direct experience deploying or supporting telehealth, virtual care, or digital patient engagement systems
- Familiarity with clinical processes and the structure of care delivery environments
- Ability to bridge policy, technology, and frontline operations
- Demonstrated commitment to health equity, particularly in rural or mixed urban–rural communities
Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers an annual salary between $62,000 and $71,000. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package and operates with a remote-first model. While the role is based in Maine, remote candidates may be considered. Note that relocation expenses are not covered. Employment is contingent upon confirmed project funding.
