Part Time Contract Recruiter - 100% Remote Seeking an energetic and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding organization. This is a flexible, remote opportunity! What you will do: The Corporate Recruitment Professional will primarily source exceptional talent through diverse strategies including professional networking, candidate screening, proactive outreach, and strategic sourcing methods. Occasionally, this role may involve coordinating external recruiting agencies and supplementary human resources responsibilities like supporting corporate training and professional development initiatives. • Proactively source candidates through multifaceted approaches: targeted networking, strategic cold calling, job advertisements, recruitment events, campus engagement, and innovative talent acquisition techniques. Continuous talent pipeline development will be essential to support organizational growth across departments. • Systematically screen candidates utilizing HR management systems and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date candidate records. • Collaborate with and manage external recruiting partners to secure top-tier talent. • Provide comprehensive recruitment training for management and executive teams. • Additional consulting responsibilities may include evaluating HR technological solutions, designing corporate training programs, employee development strategies, and compensation planning frameworks. • Support HR policy refinement and updates.
