House Buyers of America is seeking a part-time contract Recruiter to help attract and hire high-quality talent for our growing company. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building our team through direct sourcing, managing partnerships, and enhancing our recruitment capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Recruit candidates directly through multiple means including cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, and college campuses.
- Screen all candidates through our HR system and maintain the system daily.
- Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
- Train all managers and executives on how to network for and recruit the best talent.
- Assist in selection of new HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
- Assist with updating HR policy.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good computer skills.
Nice to Have
- Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience, particularly those who intend to pursue freelancing as a long-term career path.
