Coopers iET AG is looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join an international procurement team. In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of the entire sourcing process for commercial real estate projects, focusing on retail outlets and offices. Your work will directly impact strategic procurement outcomes in a dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into sourcing strategies and execution plans.
- Conduct supplier market research, create shortlists, and launch RFIs/RFPs/RFQs including detailed specifications and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate bidder interactions, consolidate submissions, prepare evaluation matrices, and support sourcing decisions.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and compliance with governance.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to support contract finalization.
- Provide regular progress updates, maintain audit-ready documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, from scoping to award, specifically for new retail outlets or offices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate proposals from commercial, technical, and risk perspectives.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with e-sourcing tools.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an international environment.
- A professional focus on Real Estate, with commercial real estate experience preferred.
- German or French language skills.
