Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of environmental and geological projects
- Conduct site assessments and collect field data
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on project deliverables
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Review subsurface data and interpret geological conditions
- Support permitting and regulatory processes
- Perform data analysis and modeling
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee drilling and sampling operations
- Evaluate environmental contamination risks
- Develop remediation strategies
- Apply engineering principles to environmental challenges
- Maintain quality assurance and control protocols
- Use GIS and other technical software tools
- Prepare proposals and scopes of work
- Supervise junior staff and technical personnel
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback
- Stay current with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct peer reviews of technical documents
- Support health and safety programs
- Travel to project sites as needed
