Commure is looking for an RCM Account Executive to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for closing new business for our healthcare AI solutions, with a specific focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will achieve and exceed sales quotas by building relationships and aligning our solutions with customer business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Successfully close new business through relationship-based selling.
- Master the ability to evangelize the Commure and Athelas solution story.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Align Commure and Athelas solutions with customer business objectives and needs.
- Manage and overcome prospect objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the account team and others to drive new business.
- Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to be a trusted resource.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience and success in a health-tech sales role.
- Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals.
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structures.
- Ability to effectively speak with prospects of all levels, including C-level executives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
- Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
