LifeStance Health is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team providing outpatient mental health care. You will play a key role in delivering patient-centered psychiatric services.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological medications
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
What We're Looking For
- Valid and unencumbered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Board certification as a PMHNP
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and psychopharmacology skills
Work Mode
This position operates on a hybrid schedule. The role is based in Brooklyn, NY, with expectations for both in-person and remote work.
