Veeva Systems is hiring a Proposal Manager - Commercial to lead the creation of high-quality, competitive proposals. In this role, you will own the end-to-end proposal process, from initial analysis to final submission, ensuring accuracy and persuasiveness.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and production of comprehensive commercial proposals
- Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met
- Coordinate inputs from sales, technical, legal, and other teams
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to meet requirements
- Develop and maintain a library of standard proposal content
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex, time-sensitive commercial proposals
- Strong project management skills with a focus on details and process
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
