At Ampol, our people power better journeys. We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to support our Fuels Supply Chain. Reporting to the National Property Portfolio Manager, you will ensure property compliance obligations are met and manage dashboards to measure portfolio performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage property contracts including leases, licences, and pipelines.
- Issue correspondence to landlords and external stakeholders as per agreement.
- Negotiate and prepare leases for new and renewed agreements.
- Manage the Property Management Dashboard in PowerBI and Excel.
- Review accuracy of existing property information in SAP REFX and SharePoint.
- Organise leasehold exit and freehold sale processes when required.
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, a related discipline, or relevant experience.
- Experience managing Property Management Systems and Reporting.
- Proven experience in portfolio contract or leasing.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience, curiosity, and problem solving.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP.
- Good level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A can-do attitude.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI is desirable.
