RemoteVA PH is hiring a part-time Property Manager Executive Assistant to provide proactive support for a Property Manager frequently on the road. This role handles day-to-day administrative and communication tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the client in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct property research, including market comparisons and rental data.
- Perform data entry and updates in AppFolio property management software.
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders via email or phone.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and scheduling.
- Maintain and organize files using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Use basic Excel functions for recordkeeping and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a property management support role.
- Proficient in AppFolio, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working part-time (20 hours/week) with some flexibility in schedule.
