Insider is looking for a Project Specialist to join our Network Operations & Performance team. In this remote role, you will focus on supporting and optimizing our Provider Networks to ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Support the Network Operations & Performance team with a primary focus on Provider Networks
- Coordinate and manage operational projects and initiatives
- Analyze network performance data and contribute to process improvements
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams and external providers
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project coordination or a specialist role within network operations, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven process improvement
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. While the role is remote, it is based out of our Arlington, VA location.
