Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for global marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and performance.
- Design, standardize, and optimize workflows using collaboration tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Drive operational excellence across marketing processes, improving efficiency, visibility, and delivery timelines.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms related to campaign execution, automation, and analytics.
- Oversee budget planning and tracking in collaboration with finance, ensuring alignment between investment and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract coordination, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Provide insights into campaign performance, supporting marketing leadership with data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, acting as a key point of alignment between marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-driven solutions, driving innovation within the marketing organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing complex programs in global or cross-regional environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign performance, reporting, and process optimization.
- Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar.
- Exposure to marketing technologies such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational processes related to marketing execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Advanced English level, with strong communication skills in global environments.

- Experience working with financial planning tools such as Allocadia or similar platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation initiatives within marketing or operations environments.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
