Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth counseling services to clients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate.

- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients.
- Monitor and manage client caseloads effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives.

- Provide supervision and support to less experienced counselors.

- Participate in community events and initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health.
- Provide feedback and input on program development and improvement.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
