Responsibilities
- Work directly with warehouse, finance, and operations teams on-site to determine essential system capabilities at launch, prioritizing minimal scope where each requirement must be justified
- Be accountable for delivering product outcomes that solve real business challenges, measuring success by impact rather than feature delivery or timelines
- Navigate a broad network of stakeholders across the recycling organization, building alignment, managing conflicting needs, and adapting to changing requirements
- Conduct ongoing product discovery alongside engineering work—set objectives, break them into iterative deliverables, test assumptions, learn from outputs, and refine priorities continuously
- Shield engineers from ambiguity by absorbing complexity, while selectively including them in stakeholder discussions to maintain technical context and ownership
- Partner with engineering leads and developers on technical decisions, feasibility assessments, and implementation sequencing, leveraging technical expertise without focusing on coding
- Lead post-launch efforts including system stabilization, iterative enhancements, and shaping the future direction of the warehouse management system
