Cognizant is looking for a Project Manager to oversee corporate audiovisual and multimedia projects from initial client engagement through to final commissioning and handover. In this role, you will ensure all solutions align with operational and technical standards while managing vendors, budgets, and schedules.
What You'll Do
- Engage with business units to gather and define client requirements.
- Provide internal client recommendations and quotations.
- Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Partner with the Multimedia Infra Team on solution and design engineering.
- Engage with internal sourcing (REM) and external installation vendors.
- Produce and review integration RFPs using the Ariba platform.
- Control costs and provide regular reporting.
- Review and approve project drawings, schematics, and change orders.
- Conduct vendor quality control and approve invoices for payment.
- Oversee system commissioning and handover, including TCM turnovers where relevant.
- Liaise with clients, general contractors, electrical contractors, and furniture contractors.
- Partner with Multimedia Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure consistency.
- Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate risks.
- Manage internal client expectations.
- Arrange and coordinate project vendor meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Attend necessary CS and EIP project meetings.
- Produce, overview, and resolve snag lists across all relevant trades.
- Log time in the PPM system.
- Maintain and archive all project documentation following standard processes.
What We're Looking For
- A project management qualification such as Prince 2 or similar.
- Broadcast systems design, project delivery, and commissioning experience.
- Infocomm CTS-I qualification.
- Previous experience as a project engineer or manager.
- Extensive knowledge of audiovisual systems and videoconferencing technology.
- Understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- A proven track record delivering corporate AV projects to client specification.
- Strong logistical and resource planning skills.
- Technical understanding and manufacturer training on core products including Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Extron, Panasonic, NEC, Samsung, Sharp, Sony Clock audio.
- Team working and influencing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

Team & Environment
You will be part of an internal team working in close partnership with the Multimedia Infra Team. You will also collaborate regularly with Multimedia Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure project alignment.
