Parsons Transportation Group is hiring a Project Manager - Roads and Infrastructure

Parsons Transportation Group is looking for a Project Manager - Roads and Infrastructure to lead the delivery of major road projects in Dubai. You will translate strategic objectives into efficient execution, ensuring projects meet approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned road and highway projects in Dubai.
• Coordinate closely with local authorities, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards, specifications, traffic management requirements, and approval processes.
• Oversee design coordination, technical reviews, and constructability assessments.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting.
• Lead contractor performance monitoring, including progress tracking, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and manage NOC applications, permits, inspections, and approvals with relevant Dubai authorities.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental plans on site.
• Support commercial management including variations, claims assessments, and cost reporting.
• Prepare regular project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and the Client.
• Assist in resolving technical, contractual, and stakeholder issues at project level.
• Support commissioning, handover, and close-out activities in accordance with Dubai standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 -15 years of experience in road and highway projects with direct experience in Dubai.
• Prior experience working on major civil infrastructure, roads, and tunnels projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Road networks, RTA design standards, approval workflows, and construction practices.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and authority interfaces on live projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree.
• PMP or equivalent senior professional certification.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Project Director.

This is an onsite position located in Dubai.
