Novo Nordisk is hiring a Project Manager - Patient Services (e-health) to transform patient healthcare journeys through digital innovation. In the Patient Experience and Solutions team, you will develop and deploy innovative services, translating patient needs into concrete solutions like e-health platforms, applications, and support materials.
What You'll Do
- Support headquarters teams in the operational management of patient experience projects, coordinating deliverables and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Contribute to the development and updating of digital and paper services for patients, considering their actual usage and environment.
- Respond to field team requests and monitor key performance indicators for various projects.
- Participate in updating and creating content for digital platforms and patient information materials.
- Consolidate user feedback and real-life test results for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and identify best practices in patient services.
- Deepen understanding of patient needs through data analysis, social media listening, and participation in patient events.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's level education in public health, project management, digital marketing, health innovation, or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken French.
- Good knowledge of the French healthcare system.
- Proficiency with computer tools like the Office suite and document or video formatting software.
- Project management experience, ideally gained through internships or academic projects.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- An appetite for innovation, digital solutions, and e-health.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly, ideally visually.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to contribute to improving patients' daily lives.
Nice to Have
- A good level of English.
- Technical knowledge in e-health, such as data hosting or WordPress.
