CallMiner is looking for a Project Manager II to take a hands-on role supporting medium to large-scale project implementations and ensuring successful value delivery. In this remote role based in the UK, you will orchestrate the entire project lifecycle, working closely with customers and internal teams to lead successful deployments.
What You'll Do
- Drive multiple projects using a value-based approach, emphasizing the customer's use case.
- Interpret and transform customer requirements into actionable project plans.
- Maintain accountability for driving assigned projects to successful completion.
- Work closely with business, technical, and customer resources to lead projects via project management tools.
- Monitor and maintain key project dates and financial values within the PMO portfolio tool.
- Accurately track and document work, providing concise project status updates aligned with PMO standards.
- Leverage existing project processes and templates to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and clearly communicate outcomes and action items.
- Set and manage expectations with stakeholders and escalate to leadership when appropriate.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, and assist in devising contingency plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and share ideas.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in project management or a business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years in a hands-on project management role, with 2 years in a technical environment, preferably SaaS software implementation.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision to support internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience interfacing with external customers at all levels and driving customer meetings.
- Experience as part of a cohesive team where resources are shared across multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management discipline within an evolving organization.
- Ability to compile implementation details clearly and concisely into customer-facing documents.
- Attention to detail in documenting effort estimates, requirements, and project dates.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, and clarify priorities when uncertainty exists.
- The confidence to work under pressure, communicate effectively with customers, and drive teams to committed dates.
- Ability to manage expectations and professionally solve disputes or conflicts.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with external customers is strongly preferred.
- Relevant industry or product experience (enterprise SaaS software, conversation intelligence, contact centers, virtual agents/bots).
- Project Management Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or TaskRay.
