Adobe is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives that align with strategic objectives and drive innovation. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while mentoring program management teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and complete project schedules and frameworks that span multiple organizations/business units, ensuring seamless integration and flawless delivery.
- Identify and successfully implement process improvements that impact cross-product and cross-BU initiatives.
- Apply technical expertise to lead and influence cross-team projects, focusing on areas like cloud spend, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with senior leaders to accelerate decision-making and build alignment between programs and business strategy.
- Mentor and guide program managers, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive program management culture.

U.S. pay range: $127,400 -- $260,350 annually; California: $179,800 - $260,350; Washington: $161,700 - $234,150. Non-sales roles include base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP); Sales roles include total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).
