At REWE Group, we are looking for a Project Manager - Creative Hub to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for steering creative briefings and projects, managing resources and budgets, and acting as the central point of contact for project progress and reporting. A key part of this role is driving the evolution of our workflows, with a special focus on successfully introducing and integrating AI solutions.
What You'll Do
- Steer creative briefings and projects, including resource planning and budgeting.
- Act as the central contact for monitoring project progress, ensuring budget adherence, and creating reports.
- Form the right project teams with creatives and external service providers based on skills, capacity, and requirements.
- Develop existing processes as an interface for Marketing and Media, contributing to internal organization and quality assurance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and external interfaces like agencies and service providers.
- Continuously improve workflows and help establish new, forward-thinking ways of working.
- Focus on the successful introduction and integration of AI solutions into existing processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree (e.g., business, communication, or media studies) or comparable qualification.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing complex marketing or creative projects, ideally with agency or corporate ties or similar cross-functional structures.
- Proven experience steering parallel projects, including resource and budget planning, timing management, and quality assurance.
- Confident navigation at the interface between Marketing, Creation, Media, and external service providers.
- Solid experience with modern project management tools like JIRA, Asana, and Confluence.
- Proficient use of MS Excel for budget tracking, resource overviews, and reporting.
- Structured, independent, and efficient work style with the ability to set clear priorities.
- Team-oriented collaboration and clear, audience-appropriate, and empathetic communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience in introducing or developing PM processes and tools.
