Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of large, strategic technology implementations. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large program/project strategic implementations.
- Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects to agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure proper integration and compatibility across all impacted systems.
- Lead timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks.
- Identify and track risks and response recommendations, implementing mitigation plans as needed.
- Work closely with all stakeholders and project teams to track and monitor project health and escalate issues through established project governance.
- Assist with managing the vendor; ensuring the implementation partner delivers in accordance with the statement of work, project plan, project charter, and adheres to the project schedule.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Clearly communicate any changes to situation or scope of the project.
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports including progress and health updates, RAID items, and budget.
- Ensure project resources are utilized effectively.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Chair project steering committee and governance meetings to ensure key stakeholders are aligned with the direction and progress of the project.

- Compensation: $110,500.00 - $130,000.00
