Responsibilities
- Lead compliance projects for product certification in international markets
- Interpret global regulatory standards and apply them to product development
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of technical documentation
- Support audits and inspections related to regulatory compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations in key regions
- Develop test plans and validation protocols for compliance verification
- Work with third-party agencies to obtain product certifications
- Track compliance milestones and report progress to stakeholders
- Ensure product labeling and instructions meet regional requirements
- Collaborate with manufacturing to implement compliant designs
- Manage documentation for CE marking, UKCA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Assist in resolving non-conformance issues related to compliance
- Prepare compliance reports for management review
- Support new product introduction with regulatory strategy input
- Conduct gap analyses between current practices and regulatory expectations
- Participate in risk assessment activities for product safety
- Maintain compliance databases and recordkeeping systems
- Interface with external testing laboratories and certification bodies
- Provide regulatory training to engineering and project teams
- Ensure environmental and safety regulations are integrated into product design
- Monitor changes in international standards affecting product lines
- Support sustainability initiatives through regulatory alignment
