Halliburton is looking for a Project Advisor-Systems Engineer to manage one or more large internal, outsourced, or customer-funded projects involving multiple disciplines, departments, or Centers. You will be independently accountable for a large staff or support arm, a single profit/loss or revenue center, major product line, or support function.
What You'll Do
- Develop and negotiate approval for the project charter and scope.
- Assist in financial analysis.
- Ensure completion of technical and detailed product specifications.
- Manage project creep and ensure complete and accurate project release.
- Manage project activities across functional groups, Centers, and organizations.
- Provide updates to end customers in the form of reports or presentations, to an agreed schedule.
- Cooperate with and support engineering functions such as procurement and test and evaluation.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering or other related technical field.
- Minimum of 12 years of oil and gas industry experience.
- 6-11 years of experience in project management.
