Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic subscription initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and business functions. This role ensures that long-term goals are translated into structured plans, with clear ownership, governance, and execution rhythms to maintain momentum and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Guide high-visibility programs that span multiple domains, ensuring alignment and timely progress
- Collaborate with leadership to turn strategic direction into actionable roadmaps and sequencing
- Define operating models that support consistent delivery, including scope, decision rights, and cadence
- Bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams, proactively managing interdependencies and trade-offs
- Apply AI-powered planning and reporting tools to enhance forecasting, risk detection, and decision-making
- Surface progress, blockers, and risks clearly to enable swift leadership intervention
- Drive outcomes by maintaining focus on goals and adjusting course where necessary
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with tangible results
