What You'll Do
Shape the future of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) integration within a growing specialty care organization. You will design and lead a unified strategy to enhance APP effectiveness, ensuring providers are fully utilized according to their training and credentials. This includes building scalable leadership frameworks, overseeing national onboarding standards, and refining performance measurement systems.
Develop clear pathways for clinical onboarding and professional growth, reducing time-to-competency for new hires and increasing long-term retention. Implement data-driven dashboards to track productivity, access, quality, and financial outcomes, using insights to guide continuous improvement. Partner with finance and HR to align compensation models, workforce planning, and incentive structures with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with enterprise departments including compliance, revenue cycle, IT, and operations to ensure alignment across all initiatives. Serve as executive sponsor for innovation efforts and represent APP interests at the highest levels of leadership.
