What You'll Do
Take full ownership of client results across a diverse portfolio of academic research institutions and commercial sponsors. Lead a team of client-facing specialists, ensuring excellence in onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support. Serve as the primary advisor to clients, helping them adopt effective recruitment strategies rather than simply fulfilling requests.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations to maintain delivery quality and client confidence. Monitor and improve key performance indicators including satisfaction, project velocity, and retention through structured processes and consistent communication. Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and lead solutions to resolution.
Develop your team through coaching and delegation, fostering independent, high-level performance. Empower your specialists to grow while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
