SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed to be University is seeking a Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor to join the Marketing & General Management faculty at its School of Law (SOL), Navi Mumbai campus. You will contribute to the academic mission through teaching, research, and leadership.
What You'll Do
- Teach courses in Marketing and General Management.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research.
- Provide academic leadership and guidance.
- For senior roles, supervise doctoral candidates.
What We're Looking For
Professor
- Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent) Master's in Business Management/Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Minimum Research Score of 120.
- Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.
- 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor.
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent) Master's in Business Management/Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Minimum Research Score of 75.
- 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years Post Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. is mandatory with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Nice to Have
- For Assistant Professor: Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience.
- For Assistant Professor: Presented at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agency.
