The College of Health Sciences at the University of Doha for Science and Technology is hiring a faculty member at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor specializing in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Imaging. The successful candidate will join the Department of Medical Radiography and play a key role in a student-centered environment committed to innovative teaching and supporting Qatar’s National Vision 2030.
What You'll Do
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate a broad range of courses in Medical Radiography.
- Evaluate student progress and manage the resources of the learning environment.
- Liaise with industry and other educational institutions and participate in industry advisory committees.
- Coordinate, manage, and control projects within the specified program area.
- Keep course portfolio documents required for accreditation processes and engage in instructional development plans.
- Contribute to professional and community life within the University and beyond.
What We're Looking For
- A PhD or Doctorate in Medical Imaging (Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Imaging) from a reputable, accredited university recognized by UDST. The degree must be full-time, on-campus learning.
- An MSc in Medical Imaging or Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Imaging with a strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent) from a reputable, accredited university recognized by UDST. The degree must be full-time, on-campus learning.
- A BSc in Medical Imaging with a strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent) from a reputable, accredited university recognized by UDST. The degree must be full-time, on-campus learning.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Department Head within the Department of Medical Radiography.
