The UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry is looking for a full-time dentist to join the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry – Division of Oral Medicine/Orofacial Pain. This is an Open Rank position at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor/Clinical level (non-tenure track) focused on clinical and/or pre-clinical teaching in Oral Medicine and related topics.
What You'll Do
- Teach didactic and clinical courses in Oral Medicine and related topics.
- Provide other teaching activities for a full-time teaching load, covering history taking, physical evaluation, oral medicine, orofacial pain, and the management of the medically compromised patient.
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school or foreign equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited residency in oral medicine (CODA-accredited oral medicine program).
- Oral medicine board eligibility.
- Current Texas State Dental license or eligibility for one.
Nice to Have
- Oral medicine board certification.
Technical Stack
- Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Proficient in digital imaging.
