What You'll Do
- Support the Manager and carry out cross-functional activities for multiple functional areas of supply chain management to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Provide inputs for the formulation of functional strategies and ensure their implementation across different regions and divisions.
- Conduct SCM-related research and analyses, supporting the development of relevant global policies and budget planning.
- Identify optimization areas for processes and systems at global and/or regional levels, suggesting improvements to better meet business requirements.
- Carry out assigned accountabilities to meet targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline.
- Evaluate supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives, integrating insights from both global and regional perspectives.
What We're Looking For
- A Graduate Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
