Viatris Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Professional (Senior) Sales Representative focused on Women's Health to manage the Philadelphia South, PA territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan to achieve sales goals and build strong relationships with customers. What You'll Do
- Develop a business plan for your assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within your territory while adhering to all ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop a pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Build positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information to develop and implement specific strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample programs, literature, and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately to all customer requests in a timely, reliable manner.
- Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience. A combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
- Proven self-starter with high motivation.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory, which may include overnight travel.
- Must reside within the territory geography.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
- Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.

- Compensation Range: Professional level: $100,000 - $150,000 USD; Senior level: $108,000 - $162,000 USD.
