What You'll Do
Drive sales growth for respiratory therapies within a defined territory covering Lancaster, Reading, York, Carlisle, Harrisburg, and Lebanon. Develop and execute a targeted business plan aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent outreach to physicians, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
Deliver clear, science-based product presentations that differentiate offerings from competitors. Use insights gathered from field interactions to refine outreach strategies and improve prescriber engagement. Maintain high visit frequency and field productivity while adhering to compliance standards and ethical promotion guidelines.
Plan customer interactions with precision, leveraging sample distribution, educational materials, and data to increase awareness. Address clinical and access-related questions with discretion and accuracy. Stay current on product details, disease states, and market dynamics through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a proven track record in sales performance, preferably within pharmaceuticals. Show strong business judgment, negotiation ability, and initiative in managing a self-directed territory. Possess excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build trust with medical professionals.
Exhibit leadership qualities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and planning. Must reside within or near the assigned region and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. Candidates with technical fluency in respiratory therapeutics and prior field success will be prioritized.
