About the Role

Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L. is hiring a Professional (Senior) Sales Representative for the Atlanta South, GA territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to achieve sales goals for our respiratory products. What You'll Do

  • Develop a business plan for your assigned territory consistent with company sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
  • Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals within your territory while adhering to all ethical sales practices and required regulations.
  • Develop pre-call planning strategies for key targets and understand targeting principles.
  • Build positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
  • Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
  • Gather and utilize information from offices and pharmacists to develop specific strategies for territory prescribers.
  • Leverage sample programs, literature, and other resources to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
  • Differentiate our products from competitors and respond to customer issues confidentially and appropriately.
  • Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • A BS or BA degree is required.
  • A documented history of successful performance and demonstrated business acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in influence, negotiation, leadership, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
  • Ability to learn, apply, and communicate complex product and disease state information.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel; must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
  • A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.

Nice to Have

  • Technically knowledgeable with a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience. A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Work Mode

This is a local field-based role. You will be responsible for the Atlanta South, GA territory, including areas such as Augusta, Conyers, and Newnan.
