AnyMind Group is looking for a Production Senior Executive to be the engine behind our content operations. You will drive the execution of high-quality content for clients and creators, taking full ownership of production across formats from brief to delivery and ensuring our creative output sets the benchmark.
What You'll Do
- Take full responsibility for the direction, content, and overall quality of production projects from brief analysis through execution and post-event evaluation.
- Oversee onsite events and shooting operations, ensuring alignment with timelines, brand guidelines, and client requirements.
- Support the budgeting and quotation process to ensure financial efficiency for each project.
- Oversee post-event reporting and payment processes for suppliers and freelancers.
- Coordinate closely with Creative, Account Management, and Creator Growth teams to build concepts and execution plans.
- Brainstorm highly engaging creative ideas, especially for TikTok and short-form video, and join client presentations to pitch production concepts.
- Guide and review the work of in-house editors, ensuring final output is continuously upgraded and meets client expectations.
- Supervise project-based production teams of in-house editors, content creators, and freelancers, assigning tasks and providing hands-on training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top talents, KOLs, creators, freelancers, and production suppliers.
- Proactively learn, test, and adopt AI tools for content and video production, and train the broader production team on these tools.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in content and creative production, specifically strong in long and short-form video production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Production, Film/Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading project teams, coordinating across departments, and managing freelancers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially when managing talent/KOLs and pitching to clients.
- Creative, proactive, highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possessing a strong growth mindset for continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Good understanding and practical usage of AI tools in content and video production. A portfolio showcasing previous work and/or AI-assisted production is highly preferred.
