About the Role

Sitetracker is hiring a Product Quality + Readiness Lead to own and advance product quality and readiness initiatives, with a specific focus on knowledge management. You will play a key role within the technology team, ensuring our product development lifecycle is robust and efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product quality and readiness programs and processes
  • Own and drive knowledge management initiatives for the technology organization
  • Establish frameworks and best practices for product development lifecycle quality
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to embed quality principles

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading product quality, readiness, or knowledge management initiatives
  • Strong background in a technology or product development environment
  • Ability to design and implement scalable processes and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Mode

This is a full-time remote position based in Mexico City.
