Sitetracker is hiring a Product Quality + Readiness Lead to own and advance product quality and readiness initiatives, with a specific focus on knowledge management. You will play a key role within the technology team, ensuring our product development lifecycle is robust and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Lead product quality and readiness programs and processes
- Own and drive knowledge management initiatives for the technology organization
- Establish frameworks and best practices for product development lifecycle quality
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to embed quality principles
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading product quality, readiness, or knowledge management initiatives
- Strong background in a technology or product development environment
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes and frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position based in Mexico City.
