Leadtech is hiring a Product Owner for Apps to drive the implementation of a new mobile-native business project. You will define the strategic direction and ensure timely, high-quality execution. As part of a company that builds innovative digital products for millions of global users, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Director and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Lead the implementation of a new mobile native business project, ensuring timely execution and compliance with quality standards.
Define the mobile app project strategy, OKRs, and the timeline for deliverables in collaboration with the project director.
Prepare functional requirements, assignments, and benchmark competitors regularly.
Coordinate project execution with internal departments and external providers.
Discover, mitigate, and manage project risks, estimating potential impacts.
Maintain all project documentation and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Establish an efficient product workflow using agile techniques and constant stakeholder feedback.
Monitor project metrics, financial performance, and budgetary compliance, reporting accordingly.

Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with international experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a mobile app project.

Nice to Have

Experience running A/B tests or exposure to A/B testing concepts.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
