Shape the future of a critical digital platform by leading product strategy for our Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) system and MyHBK environment. In this role, you'll define the long-term vision, build and manage the product roadmap, and ensure every feature delivers measurable value to users and the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for CIAM and MyHBK in line with business objectives and evolving market demands.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, align priorities, and translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Maintain a dynamic product backlog, prioritizing initiatives that enhance security, usability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting agile delivery through sprint planning and review cycles.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to platform adoption, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data to guide iterative improvements.
- Stay current with identity standards—including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and JWT—and ensure compliance with evolving security frameworks.
- Work across enterprise systems such as Microsoft Entra, Azure, Salesforce, Adobe, and S4/HANA to enable seamless integrations and unified user experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field—equivalent experience is also considered.
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or in project leadership, particularly within identity and access management domains.
- Deep understanding of CIAM principles, authentication protocols, and security models such as MFA, adaptive authentication, and Zero Trust.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on solving complex challenges.
- Fluency in English and a customer-centric mindset that drives intuitive, secure digital experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential.
