As a Product Manager for Ward Automation, you will define and execute commercial strategy for advanced healthcare software solutions across the EMEA region. Your role centers on building compelling value propositions, optimizing pricing models, and managing the full lifecycle of the product portfolio to ensure market success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of regional product strategies, aligning with local market needs and business objectives.
- Design and roll out new product launch campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Translate clinical and operational insights into actionable marketing strategies that address real-world customer challenges.
- Develop sales enablement tools, training content, and promotional materials that clearly communicate product benefits and brand positioning.
- Conduct customer visits and market research to uncover unmet needs and inform product evolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of competitive offerings and market dynamics, using data to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and support evidence generation.
- Support integration planning with third-party systems, ensuring solutions meet diverse market requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field; a degree in Pharmacy is a plus.
- 5–7 years of strategic marketing experience, with a track record in market development and new product launches.
- Proven ability to interpret clinical workflows and healthcare technology environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another major European language is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel, with up to 40% time away from base location.
- Demonstrated success in translating complex market data into clear, effective strategies.
