As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in launching and expanding a healthtech solution across the United States, with initial focus on Houston’s dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll establish strategic relationships within hospital networks, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and key providers, particularly in pediatric care and within the Texas Medical Center community.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new partnerships by leading end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to contract close, within complex healthcare environments.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline by proactively engaging decision-makers in hospitals and health systems across Texas.
- Articulate the clinical and economic value of an immersive technology platform through tailored business cases and executive-level discussions.
- Influence go-to-market strategy, sales structure, and hiring plans as the U.S. presence grows.
- Progress into a senior leadership role, potentially overseeing national sales as the organization scales.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in medical device or HealthTech sales, with a proven ability to generate new revenue and build pipelines independently.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement workflows and stakeholder navigation.
- Self-starter mentality—able to operate in unstructured environments and create processes from the ground up.
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of engaging C-suite leaders while managing day-to-day deal execution.
- Residency in Texas, preferably Houston, with readiness to travel locally as needed.
