About the Role

EarnIn is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive the strategy and execution of key partnerships for our Marketplace Business Unit. This high-visibility role focuses on conceptualizing, sourcing, negotiating, and launching partnerships that fuel growth, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Define the short and long-term vision for EarnIn’s Marketplace, in collaboration with EarnIn leadership.
  • Source, develop, negotiate and execute partnerships to drive growth of EarnIn’s Marketplace.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners within the EarnIn Marketplace.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted business partner to EarnIn’s business owners and cross functional internal stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with key external partners to drive EarnIn’s competitive advantage, product/customer experience and accelerate growth.
  • Act as the primary business owner for partner integrations, closely collaborating with Product and Engineering.
  • Stay abreast of key industry and competitive trends to inform strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience working in tech product partnerships with deep product and roadmap understanding within a rapidly scaling and/or enterprise company.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and navigate external organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of success, initiating and building complex financial/product partner initiatives from scratch to scale.
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously through excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of high impact commercial contracts and complex negotiating dynamics.
  • A scrappy and humble mindset to work autonomously.
  • Ability to tackle complicated and impactful business problems and operate effectively with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or payments.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the GM of EarnIn Marketplace.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $172,000 - $210,000 + equity.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the US.
