Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of software products, defining roadmap priorities and strategic direction in collaboration with global R&D and engineering teams
- Develop data-driven pricing models, monitor sales performance, and manage P&L to support sustainable profitability
- Translate customer workflows and technical requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate daily with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones and feature rollouts
- Create technical documentation, marketing assets, and training materials to enable successful product launches
- Evaluate third-party software components to extend platform capabilities and improve time-to-market
- Maintain deep expertise in material science imaging technologies and evolving industry trends to inform product decisions
- Travel internationally up to 30% to engage with stakeholders, customers, and regional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related technical field, supported by at least five years of experience in product management, development, or technical marketing
- Proven background in imaging systems, microscopy, or industrial hardware/software solutions preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback into actionable insights
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or French is an asset
- Experience working in multicultural, global teams across regions such as Europe, North America, and Asia
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and software product lifecycle frameworks
- Ability to operate independently across time zones and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics
