Jobgether is hiring a Product Manager, Compliance to lead the development and growth of our compliance-focused products within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful launches, directly influencing the user experience for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professionals and contributing to our mission of modernizing accounting and compliance workflows.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for compliance-related offerings.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
• Translate product vision into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user stories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Engage customers in pre-launch testing, incorporating feedback to refine products.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders, generating buy-in for the product vision internally and externally.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of initiatives.
• Skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design processes, technical workflows, and software development practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing compliance or GRC-related products.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, enterprise risk management, and internal audits.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $144,000 - $216,000
