PerfectServe is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision for a key product vertical within our Clinical Communication and Collaboration domain. In this role, you will own the product roadmap and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate our mission of optimizing healthcare communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide product vision and direction from a patient and user-centered perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess new initiatives for strategic fit, ROI, and priority using frameworks like RICE.
- Collaborate with UX designers and architects to refine initiatives for development estimation.
- Set quarterly priorities, respond to customer needs, and identify dependencies with senior leadership and technology owners.
- Plan, communicate, and maintain a customer-facing 3-year roadmap.
- Quarterly plan the next program increment (PI) in partnership with the engineering team.
- Establish, maintain, and report on product, product management, and roadmap delivery KPIs.
- Consult with Product Owners on customer release notes.
- Act as a product expert for sales and success teams, supporting RFPs, strategic meetings, and competitor analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- At least 3+ years (5+ years for Senior PM) leading end-to-end product management on both SaaS and mobile platforms.
- Experience in process improvement, advancing Agile maturity, customer discovery, and post-launch planning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong orientation toward data and evidence, with a willingness to question the status quo.
- Experience balancing conflicting priorities and making decisions despite ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate, lead through influence, and foster teamwork, ideally in a remote environment.
- Proficient in capacity management and/or project management.
- Effective in technical or formal writing for varying audiences.
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in Clinical Communications, Clinical Mobility, Clinical Workflows, Patient Communications, Hospital Call Centers, Answering Services, or Provider Scheduling.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Visio, V0, or Copilot.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or higher certification.
- Scrum Alliance Certified Product Manager or higher certification.
- Graduate Degree (MBA or MSc).
- Technical familiarity with RESTful API architecture.
- Technical familiarity with HTML, Angular, React, or other front-end web development languages.
