Dexcom Corporation is looking for a Consumer Brand Lead EMEA to champion the launch and growth of our products within the consumer space across the EMEA region. You will create and drive strategies to build acquisition and retention, owning the go-to-market marketing strategy and translating global brand direction into locally relevant, impactful plans.
What You'll Do
- Define & deliver the EMEA GTM plan: Build country-specific launch and growth strategies informed by market insights and brand positioning.
- Lead brand positioning & messaging: Champion the consumer brand value proposition; ensure consistent storytelling across web, social, CRM, paid media, retail, and partner assets.
- Drive multi-channel acquisition & retention: Own media strategy and lifecycle marketing (awareness → conversion → activation → retention).
- Orchestrate agency & partner execution: Brief and steer local creative, media, PR, and multi-channel campaign development & execution; manage budgets.
- Enable e-comm & trade marketing: Collaborate with trade and commercial teams to build co-marketing programmes, merchandising, and joint campaigns.
- Turn insights into action: Translate segmentation, pricing, and volumetric learnings into test-and-learn roadmaps; run experiments.
- Champion cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Brand, Market Insights, CX, Regional Commercial, and Legal/Regulatory for compliant execution.
- Measure what matters: Define KPIs and reporting cadences; diagnose performance across channels; course-correct with data-driven recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in consumer marketing, brand management, or growth roles.
- Proven success launching and scaling brands with differentiated positioning and multi-channel GTM strategies (DTC and partner/retail).
- Expertise in media planning, CRM/lifecycle, and performance optimisation.
- Strong storytelling & copy skills paired with rigorous analytical acumen.
- Agency leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
- Right to Work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available).
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, or consumer tech across multiple EMEA markets.
- Familiarity with regulated categories and compliant claims development.
- Retail/ecommerce and trade marketing experience.
