ICUC, part of Dentsu Creative, is hiring a Temporary Project Manager to oversee complex digital experience and website implementation projects from strategy through development. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for budget-conscious delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and managing key client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop project plans ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers, providing guidance for high-quality deliverables.
- Allocate project resources, monitor usage, and adjust for efficiency.
- Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on outcomes.
- Develop project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports highlighting milestones and risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, requirements, change requests, and decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Focus on digital experience technology implementations and related projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
- Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring project profitability.
- Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies to digital projects.
Team & Environment
This is a client-facing position reporting to the Director, Project Management.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $37.50-$60.81 per hour.
- Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy.
