RouteSmart Technologies Inc is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be responsible for envisioning new features and user experiences, with a strong emphasis on mobile application development, and ensuring products align with the company strategy.
What You'll Do
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Define the product vision.
- Collaborate closely with development, sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve business goals.
- Create user stories using the Agile development process.
- Prioritize and manage timely feature development across product lines.
- Communicate effectively within the organization regarding planned features and timelines.
- Manage the development of mobile applications.
- Work with clients, sales, and support to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and features for future releases.
- Ensure timely development and delivery of prioritized items.
- Communicate product direction and release progress.
- Serve as product manager for specific features or custom development efforts.
- Validate bugs and collaborate with client services on resolution.
- Provide testing and quality assurance for new features and bug fixes.
- Support bug tracking and enhancement request processes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or quality assurance.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and developers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in mobile application development or management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area such as GIS, Geography, or Business.
- Legal authorization to permanently live and work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of the Agile development process.
- Experience with GIS software.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the VP of Product Management.
