FULL Creative is seeking a Product Expert to provide frontline support and contribute to product enhancement for our LinkedIn SaaS product. In this role, you will be central to troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring a high-quality user experience, supporting our mission to empower businesses to work from Anywhere.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and replicate product issues, working to resolve them effectively.
- Comprehend creative solutions to handle customer queries and deliver an excellent service level.
- Apply strong attention to detail when diagnosing issues and collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge while continuously working towards its improvement.
- Achieve KPIs and objectives according to the team's established cadence.
- Learn and develop problem-solving skill sets to enhance the product.
- Remain flexible and receptive to change, supporting continuous product transformation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical or customer support roles.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting application issues.
- Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operational schedule.
- Good documentation skills for tracking issues and tickets.
- Good knowledge of common applications and technologies in a professional environment.
- Willingness to work from the office once a week.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position open to candidates in Remote or Chennai, Tamil Nādu, India. It requires working from the office once per week.
