Jobgether is hiring a Product Lead, Core App AI to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of consumer financial tools powered by artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for creating trusted, user-first experiences that help millions of people make smarter financial decisions, combining strategic vision with hands-on product leadership.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale first-of-their-kind consumer financial tools centered on AI.
- Lead product development from early discovery to launch, ensuring user-friendly and accessible experiences.
- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements that prioritize simplicity and trust.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional leaders to deliver seamless user journeys.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate quickly, optimize engagement, and improve customer outcomes.
- Navigate ambiguity, set priorities, and drive 0→1 initiatives with a focus on practical execution.
- Act as a champion for customer needs, embedding empathy and consumer-first thinking into every product decision.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing products where AI or personalization played a central role.
- A technical foundation, ideally with prior software engineering or equivalent experience, enabling effective collaboration with AI/ML teams.
- Proven experience launching 0→1 products with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
- A consumer-obsessed mindset, with deep empathy for everyday financial challenges.
- Demonstrated success in fintech or consumer tech, scaling high-impact products beyond initial launch.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Entrepreneurial drive, ownership, and the ability to execute in high-growth settings.

- Compensation: $275,000 – $300,000 + equity
