Upflow is hiring a Product Manager

Upflow is hiring a senior-level Product Manager to lead product development end-to-end, from conception through rollout. This strategic role will shape the future growth of the company, focusing on financial services, integrations, and workflow automation. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, international environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis, presenting findings to the team.
• Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions.
• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products you own.
• Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users.
• Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate with customers effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Natural curiosity and excitement about the end-user and the jobs they do.
• Demonstrate taste and care about the quality of the products you build and use.
• Excellent writer and synthesizer, fluent in English.
• Ability to build a thesis for prioritization and communicate priorities using a sound strategy.
• Strong business sense, understanding how product and GTM collaborate, feature monetization, and business priorities.
• 5+ years of experience in the software industry.

Nice to Have

• Keen interest in payment, financing, or accounting.

Team & Environment

Part of the product team, reporting to Jean-Malo. The culture is trusting with a hands-off management style and a strong culture of ownership and autonomy. You'll work with team members across Europe and the US.
