Homebase is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution for full-funnel customer journeys. You’ll design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, activation, and lifetime customer value.
What You'll Do
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messages.
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies rooted in customer journey mapping.
- Run always-on growth experiments to drive activation, conversion, and lifetime customer value.
- Track performance against KPIs, extract insights, and share learnings broadly.
- Document processes, streamline workflows, and enable cross-team alignment.
- Contribute lifecycle insights in cross-team discussions and help shape customer engagement.
- Use emerging AI tools to accelerate workflows and personalize at scale.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, executing campaigns across multi-channel surfaces.
- Experience with cross-channel marketing automation platforms (Iterable or equivalent).
- Experience with collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Amplitude).
- Ability to interpret data, design structured experiments, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to collaborate in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with email service providers (e.g., SendGrid).
- Familiarity with in-app messaging tools (e.g., CommandAI).
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity/personalization tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
